All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details at the time of booking.
Booking confirmations will be shared via email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted digital payment modes.
Full payment must be completed before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation before the service date.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
Standard check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must maintain decorum and respect property rules.
Any damage to property or loss of items will be chargeable to the guest.
Illegal activities, smoking in non-smoking areas, or disturbance to others is strictly prohibited.
Grip My Trip shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions due to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We act as facilitators between customers and service providers and are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, accidents, or delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
